Sun, reading your previous posts, you seem to be having some very fundamental problems. Redesigning boards and doing work-arounds isn't necesarily going to solve your problem - in fact it may mask the root cause. To move ahead, you must find the root cause of your problems and address this directly. As Michael said relying on reset to cure your problem is not the way to go. How many times have I been trapped by this flawed thinking and how many others have also.
Why are you designing a controller to run solenoid valves? Why not use an industrial PLC? It would be less problem for you and most likely cheaper. If you can get your hands on a PLC, pull it apart and see how they design their circuits - it's just a microprocessor and some i/o like you're doing. |
