Hello Makarand,

Here is a web site that shows how to build a video clock (HH:MM:SS)
onto a regular TV set. It uses the method described by Jez of
extracting the sync using a LM1881 and a phase lock loop 74HCT4046.
I built this and use it in security devices I sell. It works great.
