In your Origional Post the VB Code does a checksum.
It just means add up all the bytes you receive. Do not forget to start with zero. after you receive the correct number of bytes the last one should match this sum. if it does the data was good. If not the data was bad. This stops the micro from writing bad data to the DACs. |
