#88343 - once upon a time Responding to: ???'s previous message |
extracted from the link: Running ASEM-51 from BRIEF
Once upon a time, when the king of diamonds were just a jack, there was a beautiful young maiden editor called Brief. Then a big ugly dragon named Borland found her and ate her. The knights got very upset and got together and with renewed effort found another beautiful young maiden editor called CodeWright. CodeWright pleased many people in the village for many years till the big ugly dragon named Borland ate her as well. Moral of the story: anything that mention Brief is ancient. why not download the "assemble only" standard assembler http://www.metaice.com/ASM51/ASM51.htm which, of all the freebies, has the best documentation. When familiar with that documentation, which - last I saw - even states how to make SFR files for new derivatives Erik |
