without switching on the function generator the pulse generation started
as it should when you pull doen the EI pin. i tried to connect just the GND pin of the function generator to PIN13, there aslo it starts the pulses as it should when you pull doen the EI pin PLEASE refer to pins by name (P3.2), not number (PIN13) not everyone use the same package as you.
