I don't know how your code looks like now, as you posted some shortened version; but the first posting of the code indicates, that the timer interrupt is enabled; and the timer interrupt routine clears r1 in the same way the external trigger does.
Although the timer is not started until the main "pulse generation" is started, after it it can be a source of confusion. Jan Waclawek |
