#89773 - About developing thermal printing!! |
I am going to develop a system that using 8051-based MCU to control the Thermal Printer (SMP610), and i found that the document of this printer is not detail enough for me. Such as there is no sample circuit for driving it. So i would like to ask for help here.
![]() ![]() 1) There are 2 pins for the TM (the thermistor), but i don't know how to design the circuit for it. 2) How to use the STB1-6 pins. For example, if i need to print a set of data which only need 1-256dots per line, then i have to give a logic high to STB1-4, and keep STB5,6 low? ![]() ![]() ![]() 3) For the time chart, what is the Drive out? I have read the doc over, but didn't find any information about that. Sorry for asking so many questions. |
