I have chosen Philips OTP XX764 ... This is my first ever interaction with a uP
I know of no Philips xx764 part besides the LPC764 which does not have external memory capability. If you do not have an ICE, get a LPC9xx (flash, not OTP) instead. There is no way, besides a miracle, you are going to succed with your very first uC project working the first time you burn it into an OTP. Erik |
