Dear all

My Problem with my LCD isn't solved yet. Does anybody know, how to write and to built up a routine for the 80C517a (port 5 and 6) which initialize a 4x16 Display with the 44780 in 8 Bit mode? It would be very helpfull to get some information.

Are there any Application notes available???
