#90251 - 80C32 behavior at power up |
A question raised during a Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) asked what behavior to expect if a failure of the reset generator inhibited the reset. In other words, what does the 80C32 do if all circuits are normal except the reset generator and power is applied.
The micro is used in a flight critical system so I guess they have the right to ask that question. I guess I'd like to hear that it enters some mode where nothing happens but |
