#90370 - RTC scratch-pad RAM Responding to: ???'s previous message |
You can use a derivative with on-chip EEPROM or if there is any RTC chip on board, you can use its scratch-pad RAM for this purpose, if your RTC has any.
I have seen some 8051 systems where the 8051 (40 DIP) is socketed, and under the 8051 is an 8-pin serial EEPROM. Carefully look at the board, there must be something which you missed. |
