The referenced links appeared attractive and I downloaded all three. but I found they were basically lecture notes and as such were quite abstract in content. Maybe in the hands of an experienced lecturer these can be developed into absorbing class room sessions.

Sorry if I sound pessimistic. Maybe its me.
