Are you sure it's not 16 pins.
Most Modules like that are the 14 pin HD44780. Find the biggest chip on the back, does it says something with 44780 in it. if it does, there is plenty of info on interfacing it to an MCU. the two other pins are usually Back Light. http://www.myke.com/lcd.htm |
