#9062 - Off Topic - MIC 5009 |
Hello everybody ! I am porting an old scintillation counter (for measuring gamma radiation and this kind of stuff) that works in a printed circuit board inside in an old Apple II in the local university (state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil) . In order to understand how the board works, i have putted into paper the circuit (a very boring work). The circuit uses about some 20 TTL chips, and a chip called MIC 5009, manufactured by Micrel. I searched for some info at micrel.com, but there is only a pdf file that says "programmable timer/counter circuit - discontinued" and nothing more. I wrote them an e-mail, but until now, no answer... Can anyone here help me ? (i need the data sheet of the mic 5009) tanx, victor |
