Craig I can guess why that happens ,See
when name and/or email,subject etc are not entered by the user you program treats him as a new user and he is directed to the main form where user is requested to fill in his name etc etc.
But have you noticed doing this action only changes the entire flow of the program the solution is very simple just
put in a dialog box stating that the fields(text boxes)are empty and this trick will definitely give you the solution.
