The approach of measuring compnents to sort out components is tedious but doable. This is because any well centred mass production technique would produce components whose values are scattered in a value around the nominal / target value in a bell curve. Thanks thomas for your reply and reminding me the normal distribution property of processes. Temperature effect wont play a major role since my signal conditioners will be subjected only to room temperature. So a maximum deviation of 20 degrees can be considered. With 50 PPM parts the thermal drift will be 50*20=1000PPM = 0.1%. At present I am intrested in 0.4% tolerance max. So If I sort out 0.2% max tolerance parts still there is enought room for temperature and other things. Thanks & Regards, Prahlad Purohit |
