#90921 - Re: Continuing
Responding to: ???'s previous message

The approach of measuring compnents to sort out components is tedious but doable. This is because any well centred mass production technique would produce components whose values are scattered in a value around the nominal / target value in a bell curve.

Thanks thomas for your reply and reminding me the normal distribution property of processes.

Temperature effect wont play a major role since my signal conditioners will be subjected only to room temperature. So a maximum deviation of 20 degrees can be considered. With 50 PPM parts the thermal drift will be 50*20=1000PPM = 0.1%. At present I am intrested in 0.4% tolerance max. So If I sort out 0.2% max tolerance parts still there is enought room for temperature and other things.

Thanks & Regards,
