#91336 - Again i lost one more P89C51RD2HBP
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Friends!

This time i lost one more RD2HBP becoz this time when programing process in middle power is gone :-(, but in these days i observed one thing.
Actually when i using Flashmagic application directly and in middle of programing lot of times power is gone, but not effected to device but these two conditions i lost my RD2HBP and RD2BN. iam using flashmagic from keil's uVision ie. inserting new command in tools menu with FM.EXE and Arguments are
DEVICE(89C51RD2Hxx,11.0592) ERASE(0,PROTECTISP) HEXFILE(#H,NOCHECKSUMS,NOFILL,PROTECTISP) COM(2, 19200) HARDWARE(BOOTEXEC, 100, 200) RESET
is there any mistake in this command line arguments???
or this kind of thing happend to me becoz of badluck :), im saying becoz philips making this un reliable ISP system for us.
loooosing boot vector,
if we have parallel programer (very costly) why we depend on ISP.
and friends please suggest me is P89C51RD2 best or ATMEL's AT89C51ED2 (avail in Dip format). if ATMEL is best in this kind of issues, please give me one address of vendor in india to purchase ATMEL device.

Thankyou
PADMANABHAM
