I don't see a problem with your command line. I would check the power supply arrangement. Do you see ripple, glitches, etc. at the VCC or GND pins? What about the XTAL pins?
Do the pins on the RD2 have the required voltages? Did you remember to pull P2.6 AND P2.7 high during reset when entering ISP mode? All these things could cause unstable operation of the device. Andy |
