Hi Jason,

remaining pins of P2 can not be used as I/O, if you have external code EPROM.

Remaining pins of P2 with external data RAM can only be used, if you never use MOVX @DPTR,A or MOVX A,@DPTR. Then you can only use MOVX @R0(1),A or MOVX A, @R0(1).
