Hi Jason,
its a fully theoretical issue, to use P2.6 and P2.7 with external code memory. On external code execution on all P2 output stages was applied the higher address byte. Theoretical you can write code, which can be executed in every 16k address space and with LJMP you can alter the upper 2 address bits. But no interrupts can be used, since then P2.6 and P2.7 apply always low level. Conclusion: Independend using of P2 port pins need always internal code execution. Peter |
