Thanks for your reply, I remember of steve having mentioned the same point of compensating the drift of one component using the other direction drift of another component in an earlier thread approx. a couple of months ago. But this point isnt clear to me What exactly are those component exhibiting opposite drifts are the some specific resistors or OpAmps etc coming in pairs and meant to show opposite drifts.
