Hi Mohit,
connecting PSEN to ground is one of the conditions that causes the chip to go in ISP mode for programming. After you have programmed and verified the code you have also to clear the Status byte, otherwise the chip will execute the internal bootloader and NOT your code! Make sure you connect the EA pin to Vcc, this tells the chip to execute code from internal memory. J suggest you to read the application note AN461 from Philips to clarify your doubts. Regards.
