#92982 - could be the famous open pin
Responding to: ???'s previous message
could be the famous open pin.

Ever so many surprises" have resulted from !EA left open. That can give problems even between batches of the same chip.

I am using 11.0592MHz crystal. I have tried burning the chip at both 6 and 12 clock.

OR

My same board works fine with the earlier lots of 89C51RD2BN

I think you are missing thye difference between 'H' chips and non'H' chips

For the 'H' chips you "buren" the clock mode, for the non-H youy do not.
