I am stupid of web and servers, but what's the problem? Users obviously (most of the time) manage to upload pictures to their 8052.com site and include links to them into their post. So the only thing you need to do is on posting a new post containing a link to a (yet unlinked) picture make the picture file "read only" so that the user won't remove it; and increase his quota by the size of that file.
