#94287 - AT89c2051 not run |
i have AT89c2051-24PI, with crystal at 10M Hz and 2 30pF.
RST pin connect to a 100KR to ground and 10uF to VCC. VCC is at 5V level. my problem is sometimes the AT89c2051 runs when power up.sometimes it not run. i don't know why this things comes out, is it the problem of AT89c2051 or i need to improve my circuity to make it stablely run after power up? any ideas is appreciated!
