In order for the RESET input to be effective,it must have a minimum duration of 2 machine cycles. In the other words,the high pulse must be high fo a minimum of 2 machine cycles before it is allowed to go low It is used a simple RC network for approaching to this aim If The R value is 100k,then your capacitor can not be discharged rapidly through the resistor,So as Ijaz said for solving your problem use 10k ohm resistor value Mehdi |
