The article in the dutch "Elektuur february 2000" states that the interpreter version 1.0 by intel is freeware now.
I think we can conclude that version 1.3 is also freeware.

O.K. than,
BUT:
1)can you explain why Elektuur doesn't offer the possibility to download V1.3 from their site?
2)IF it is freeware, we still don't know were to get it for free :)
3)Version 1.0 is from Intel, and they made it freeware. Version 1.3 is absolutely NOT from Intel, they don't have to do with the changes made, so we can NOT automatically think it is ALSO FREEWARE.....
