1)can you explain why Elektuur doesn't offer the possibility to download V1.3 from their site?

Elektuur is a commercial organisation, they don't give anything away. The price for version 1.3 is fl. 35.60 (approx. 10 pounds, 15 dollars). In my opinion it can only be the price for distribution, a real commercial product would sell for more.

2)IF it is freeware, we still don't know were to get it for free :)

Thats probably a matter of time, it was published less than a month ago

3)Version 1.0 is from Intel, and they made it freeware. Version 1.3 is absolutely NOT from Intel, they don't have to do with the changes made, so we can NOT automatically think it is ALSO FREEWARE.....

You might be right, i haven't read the licence from Intel. I hope it's GPL.
Electuur did not write anything about copyrights, when I get my hands on it I will publish it on the internet.
