Hello Craig,
As what you said, I don't think it is a self-contained unit, for what is in it doesn't like that intelligent. It has a UTP-like (RJ45?) kind of 8-pole connector of which only 4 connections are used (GND, +5V and two others). With the information given by you, I can experiment somewhat with the help of a scope and some paper with black-white transitions. Thanks for the information :) Henk |
