#95573 - 5 V TTL Vs 3.3 V TTL |
Recently I came across the comparison chart of various devices ( TTL, CMOS, HCT etc.) it shows that the logic levels VIL, VIH, VOL, VOH for 5 Volt TTL and a 3.3 Volt TTL device are same. Does this means that a HCT Device can be directly interfaced with a 3.3 Volt logic TTL device. Or I am missing something. ( of course the power supplies for the respective devices will be either 5 Volts or 3.3 Volts ) |
