#97297 - My opinion, Responding to: ???'s previous message |
A thermistor inside the tube is the best solution and it's how I currently monitor the water temp but the tubing that I’m using is used for a medical procedure and is disposable. Leaving the thermistor inside is a big waste of money (everything gets thrown out) and I have to worry about double insulation since its consider patient contact. In my previous post i said that i used a digital temperature sensor,SMT160,(Any signal conditioning,Any extra analogue circuit)In my mind it is soutable choice for your problem,You have only a 'pin insulating' with Warmish(This name is used here for special pipe, tell me if you now exact name in your country)that With temperature{200-300 oC} it is aggregated),when 3 pins of this sensor is isolated you can use a wire about 3-4 meter to your control unit, Juan,It is easy and simple enough to performing one time! |
