#97572 - "serial" = ISP Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I could also order an ISP mcu. Useless. .... I had a look in the datasheet and found out that the mcu is programmable in serial mode.
You say ISP is useless, then you talk about "serial mode" which IS ISP. It should be possible to develop software to write to the memory. I am sure it is possible, but why on eath would you do that when it is available free from Atmel. Is programming in serial easier than in parallel mode? no "easier" apply, but ISP require no "programmer". Please stop babbeling about "serial mode" nobody will know what that is, it is called ISP.
