#97783 - A good reason for reliable design
Responding to: ???'s previous message

Having p*ssed off customers is no fun - especially when in a foreign place. This is good motivation for designing reliable and robust equipment so you avoid any confrontation. It's also good businbess.

If nothing weird happened on my trips, I'd have nothing to talk about! But being drugged and robbed doesn't sound like fun - especially when you've got a sore bum the next day. Must've been the sleeper hold........
