#97853 - ISP thru a Dongle on a Laptop |
I have a Atmel AT89C51ED2, with a board I built, designed to program the device. Programming the device works great on my PC. But on my sony laptop I bought a USB to Serial Adapter, when I watch the debug info in ATmel FLIP (v2.4.0) It's Sends the Sync 'U' and recieves a Sync 'U' then it sends the codes to get device info. That's when things stop working. The flip software does no ever see a response for any of the codes it sends, Just the starting 'U' .
I can open HyperTerminal and manual type the codes and it responds right. Any Ideas. I tried the Connect the Sync thing but it did not help. |
