#98030 - yes same CPU Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Yes it is same CPU,
but here I would like to mention as Erik said if you write '0' to a port pin and externally apply Vcc directly (through a switch) to the pin, most likely, POOF goes a transistor. With that transistor out of the way, you can, of course read a '1' from a port to which you have written a '0'. I am just wondering that if transistor goes POOF like this then that pin should stop working at all but I pulled it high again and again (I know I was wrong) but it did gave me the responce via logic. I am just tryin to ask that can chip be damaged straight away even its pins are pulled high once? |
