I am just tryin to ask that can chip be damaged straight away even its pins are pulled high once?
can you puncture a tire by jabbing a knife into it once? same exact question. However the fan-out vs fan-in problem I posted is your first concern. Oddly enough I can see a chip failure that with the fan-out/fan-in problem resolved would make your program work even with this chip <b.which should be thrown away. Fix the fanout/fanin problem and see. Erik |
