I have solved the problem with your help. It was problem of RESET. I connected P1.0 to Reset of 8255 and controlled the RESET width othro' software. I have connected standard timing components ie.10k & 10 Micro Farad for Reset of 89c51. But with this components , 8255 is not getting RESET. When I changed 10 Microfarad to 22 Microfarad, 8255 is getting Reset.
