I find the TH1 and TL1 should be 0F3H(12M crystal,2400 baudrate), the error is 0.16% under this condition! (there is a table about baudrate under 12M crystal on www.keil.com) My program is a little incorrect: the format of the program, the use of "AJMP and LJMP". and the comment,I will try my best to study these!
