Could you specify which make inverter were they and in which year you have tested them?
Because of late there is tremendous improvement in AC drive tech like in IGBTs , Gate driver circuits, Overcurrent & shortcircuit protections innovations etc. Most IGBT manu (IR , Hitach , Mitshubishi, Infeneon etc) range mainly consist of 600 & 1200v IGBT modules |
