[cheeky whipper-snapper smiley] To me, one is clearly a capacitor symbol with "hatching" between the plates; the other is a combination of back-to-back diodes: Jon's symbol:  The (incorrectly captioned) Diac symbol from http://www.learnabout-electronics.org/diodes_07...des_07.php  It's clearer at http://www.electronics-radio.com/articles/...a-diac.php where the diode symbols are filled:  Should've gone to Specsavers...?! ;-) |
