#157509 - How to turn on/off another MCU |
I want to switch VCC of a microcontroller that I call it "slave" by another microcontroller I name it "master". somthing like the figure below.
how can I do this while I don't know how much current the slave microcontroller sink? I think It's not a good idea to use a BJT as a controllable switch because it may not enter the saturation region when it is turned on. any suggestion? Thanks- Koosha |
