Yes I can disable the WLAN of my router ( I just have to unplug the WLAN card !) and I have tried the option of using the AP2100 connected to the ADSL port as a Acess point. But even with a high gain antenna on the AP2100, the range was'nt much to shout about.
But I like the idea of linking the antenna to the AP with a cable. Can try that. Incidentally what is IIRC ?( If I Recollect Correctly ?) Raghu |
