#170030 - What logic level for "logic level" MOSFETs? |
In the Good Ol' Days (sic), "logic-level" meant the 5V "TTL" logic levels.
Nowadays 3V3 and 3V are common for logic - also 2V8, 1V8, etc... So, when they call a device a "logic-level" FET, is there any general assumption as to what they mean? Or is it essentially meaningless, and you just have to check the Datasheet? |
