It states, "FDMB668P -20V P-Channel 1.8V Logic Level PowerTrench® MOSFET" I was using "they" in the generic sense of "the industry as a whole" - but it's good to see one manufacturer being specific in their terminology! I think the fact that Fairchild feel the need to specifically state "1.8V" goes to show that one can't generally take "logic-level" to mean anything specific at all! |
