I know that qbasic is an outdated language. I want to use it though. My problem is I cannot get the qbasic serial port commands to communicate with my 8052. I keep getting a device time out. I would like to use qbasic on my dumb terminal for experimentation and graphic functions. I just can't get the qbasic to communicate properly with the controller. I would appreciate any help that could be given to me. If any one can help resolve this serial com problem, please give me some pointers.......
