#10031 - Yes the board works fine with a terminal |
I think I have a problem with the other lines of the port. like dsr and cts rts and so on....Makes it hard when I am running 3 wire RS 232,(RX,TX,GND) that's the problem I figure. I think I have it figured out because I downloaded new serial routines for qbasic which lets me control or eliminate such signals. I am going to try them later. Oh beleive me I would like to use VB but my dumb terminal is an old 286!!!...don't laugh it works for what I want... If you guys have any more suggestions I would like to hear them..thanks.
