Simply tie RTS and CTS on the computer side together should do the trick. Then you don't have to control these lines from Q-basic.
You can also tie TXD and RXD on the computer side together to test your serial routines in Q-basic. Once that works fine you can try communicating with the 8052. That way you can see which device is not performing as it should. Happy programming |
