can any body tell me how much external memory can be interfaced with 8052

For such basic information as that, see the Tutorials and the "bible" - The memory architecture is described right at the start of Chapter 1:

Chapter 1 - 80C51 Family Architecture:

Chapter 2 - 80C51 Family Programmer’s Guide and Instruction Set:

Chapter 3 - 80C51 Family Hardware Description:

i need at least 2 MB memory .....i have 8 bits for addresing how can i do ?????????????

Obviously, it is completely impossible to address 2MB of memory using only 8 bits!

Think about it: assuming you mean 2M bytes (rather than 2M bits), that's 2*1024*1024 = 2097152 bytes. Do the sums - how many bits do you need to address 2097152 bytes...?
