Thanks for the quick reply. I am aware that the processor branches to a FIXED interrupt handler address where the programmer can write a branch instruction to the actual ISR routine. But is it possible that variants of the 8051 have different "FIXED" interrupt handler addresses, such as 400BH instead of 000BH for the Timer 0 interrupt? Regards Rahul |
