try to drive the leds thru transistors.
you can turn on or turn off the corresponding transitors thru 8051 pins. in case you are using LTS542A led cells the following voltage and current values for each segment will help you to design appropriate collector(or emitter) resistor current= 10mA voltage= 1.5V |
